If you want to get started with an AI business, here's exactly the roadmap I'd follow. I would not build an AI tool, I would build an AI service, an implementation agency for other companies. Stick with an industry that you already know, because you're already going to know what their problems are, and therefore what kind of AI solutions can be deployed. Go ahead and build a piece of AI, probably a workflow or a basic tool that's going to help with this particular customer problem. You're then going to go out there and talk to people in the industry and offer either free or low-cost implementation of what you have just built. What you're looking for initially is just to get your foot in the door. You're not looking to generate huge amounts of revenue. Obviously, if you make money, that's fantastic. But what we are looking for are reviews and testimonials, hell, or even just referrals to people who will be able to pay you. What works really well is being able to go and educate these companies as well. So if you can run a workshop which talks about your solution, fantastic. Once you've gone into a couple of companies and you've implemented the solution that you've built, then we can look about building it into a proper SaaS, a proper product that you can sell to the wider market. The reason we don't start with this is because we don't necessarily know exactly what the problems our customers are having. That's why we're going to start with services, which allows us to work hand-in-hand with them, to talk to them, to learn their language, to see exactly what it is that they're struggling with on a day-to-day basis. Once we've done that with five or 10 clients, that's going to give us a good idea of what the industry as a whole needs. At that point, we're going to solidify what we've built into a SaaS tool that we can scale up with. What I see a lot of people in the AI space doing is building a SaaS tool out of the gate without actually wondering whether or not this is something that people need. By starting by building something basic, going and providing it as a service, implementing it within other people's businesses, getting reviews, getting testimonials, getting feedback, we're putting ourselves in a much better position to be able to market a SaaS later on.
