Speed of impact and speed in general is literally the defining nature of a startup. You need to very quickly work through ideas and see what's sticking and what's not etc. So do they remove every bit of bullshit they can out of a process? Do they appreciate that a quick decision will often beat a great decision? Do they fundamentally accept like fast gets good quicker than good ever gets fast? So you can have a good thing moving slowly and it'll get outpaced by a bad thing moving quickly because when you're moving quickly you're improving. They'll always beat if you're iterating fast.
