This might look so funny to do but trust me just do this for 10 minutes each day and you'll improve your downswing sequence. You'll tend to get too excited that the whole upper body shifts towards the target causing you to swing over the top. By allowing you to hit the golf bag it helps you to lower your arms down first and you can see how my lead leg is working. It's not straightening or going backwards but it's rotating around the knees giving you the similar look from all these pros.
