I've made a content calendar that writes itself with AI just for you. You can grab the calendar in my bio link but I'm going to show you how it works. It's a Google Sheet and it's got an extension installed called GPT for Sheets and Docs. It's very useful for lots of things, particularly this as you'll see. So let me show you around. There are 13 sheets or tabs across the bottom. There's like an index and then there's one for each month of the year. Let's just skip on over to November as an example and just see what's going on here. So once you've got the extension installed, the facility you've then got is, as you can see from the contents of this cell, is you can call up AI in a formula by typing equals GPT, open brackets, then you put your prompt in the brackets but you can also follow that prompt with any cells that you want it to reference as well. So you can see I've got a prompt here to write an outline for a social media video but it also references specifically that cell that's got my written idea in. Maybe on National Sandwich Day I could write something like that. So I don't even need to word the idea particularly brilliantly but once I've had some ideas it's so easy just to scale that up. I just drag down and for any row where there is a written idea of any sort it will write up the outline first and then based on that it writes the hook, it decides on the hashtags and then it decides on which platform primarily this content would be best for. So in a monthly planning session I could just go down this just putting in very quick half thought through one line ideas in this column here, extend those GPT cells down and boom I've got a month's worth of content very easily.
