What life lesson have you learned that you wish you knew a lot earlier in life? I've learned that life really is an internal game and that it presents itself as a series of external events and circumstances and problems and situations, but like at the end of that, you have a filter that you are putting those experiences through the story you're telling self is your life and then how you respond is your life. So I think realizing that, that really, yeah, life is an internal game and it's about how you're going to show up and how you're going to respond to situations. That's been a lesson I wish I would've learned a long time ago.
