All right, a pretty crazy AI stat just came out of a Microsoft study. And you should hear this. They found that for every $1 that was invested in generative AI work, that the ROI on that dollar was 3.7 X. So if you spend a hundred dollars, you'll get $370 back in value. And for what it's worth, I'm not really surprised to hear this number. There are some tools that my team uses where the payback period is seen within a week. And I want to share with you a couple of the examples that they gave. Lumen technology says that using AI saves them four hours a week, which equates to $50 million annually. There was a healthcare example where doctors are spending 15 minutes on notes instead of an hour. And another example where nurses are documenting information in under five minutes. The study also showed that 92% of users are using AI for productivity. And 43% of users said that productivity use cases are giving them the highest ROI. The top departments that I see using generative AI are customer support, marketing, sales, and software engineering.
