Let's create a marketing report with AI in just a few minutes that's ready to show your client or boss. So we're going to use Gamma to create the actual presentation slides, but the real key is that we're going to use ChatGBT to create a detailed written report first because that's a much better way to prompt Gamma. So ChatGBT is going to do all of the data analysis for us. So we're going to throw in our TikTok data, Google Analytics data from our website, Google Search console data which shows how we're getting traffic from Google Search, and lastly some social media listening data from a tool called Brand24 which is great because there's a free trial that allows you to export data from there. So firstly I'm going to give it the TikTok data. I'm going to say let's work this up into a detailed written report that makes sense of what happened and what the value of that ultimately was to my business. Firstly here's the TikTok data. What do you make of that basically? And it's going to go and tell me what it thinks about it as a bit of an overview and then ask me what I want to do. I'm going to say okay now I want detailed written analysis. I'll do the same with my Google Analytics, do the same with my Google Search console data, and then do the same with this Brand24 export which is basically social media mentions of my name from all around the various social media networks. Right so now we've got essentially four mini reports that it's done on each of those things. I'm going to take those, paste them into a new Google Doc so I've got this written report and this is where we're going to fire up Gamma. We create a new one and we connect it to our Google Docs. We select the Google Doc that we've just pasted all that written report into and I'm pretty much just going to leave it as is. I'm going to select British English and a few other things. Now I am going to leave it on AI images. It's going to generate the images in the deck with AI. Quite fun and quite good. Some will be a bit funky potentially and if they are that's fine we can just replace them with Unsplash images right there and then in the Gamma slides. Now it's up to you how many cards you want. I would have a look through and think how many main points are that being made here. We've got quite a bit of information here haven't we so I need a good few cards or slides to do that. Yes one of the images I'm not so happy with so I'm just going to quickly replace that with an Unsplash image. So we're good to go we can run to our social media marketing meeting.
