First thing we want to do is come in, feet close together like this, and if you drew a line back from the back of the ball, let's just hit the middle of that gap there. Then I want you to do is a small step to the left and a bigger step to the right. That gets the ball up in your stance. Next thing we're going to do is tilt backwards like this. Now you can put your hand here and slide down until that hits your knee. That'll get your tilt that you need. This is going to help you hit up on the ball and get those bombs launching nice and high.
