Ever feel like you have no turn? Here are two thoracic spine drills to help. First, anchor a pull-up band next to you and put it over one shoulder like a backpack. Then get down on all fours and reach your elbow up to the sky, allowing the band to gently assist you into the stretch. This really targets that thoracic spine for better rotation in your swing. Next, get down on the floor with your knees at 45 degrees, bring your elbow down to your front knee, then slide your arm through until your shoulder is on your knee, then open up your top arm to the sky, again targeting that key rotation through the thoracic spine.
