Recipe:  Filling: 1 apple - chopped  2 tbsp lemon juice  1 tsp arrowroot powder or flour  1/2 tsp cinnamon  1 tsp coconut sugar  Crumble: 1 scoop of Orgain Organic Plant Based Protein PowderđŸŒ± - Vanilla Bean flavor  1/4 cup rolled oats 1 tbsp maple syrup  1 tbsp melted coconut oil  Pinch of sea salt  1/2 tsp cinnamon  1 tsp vanilla extract  Directions: Chop apple & place in a bowl with lemon juice, arrowroot powder, cinnamon & coconut sugar. Mix, then transfer to oven safe small baking dish that’s sprayed with cooking oil. Add oats, protein powder, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, salt, cinnamon & vanilla. Mix then work mixture with your hands. Press crisp mixture on top of the apples then air-fry at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. At the halfway point cover with foil if top is too browned.
