Here's how we built an automation that increases client conversion for an accountancy firm. So our client runs ads on Facebook, and whenever a lead fills out the form, we would then send the form submission to our client's CRM. We then use AI to analyze the form submission to determine whether the lead is a good fit for the business or not. If the lead is a good fit for the business, we then use perplexity to visit the lead's website to collect more information about their business. Then this information and the responses from the form submission is used to craft a highly personalized email to the lead, prompting them to book a discovery call. Here's a quick look at the prompt we used. We then use this sleep tool to wait 2-3 minutes to not make it too obvious the email is automated. Then a draft email is created and we use Slack to notify someone in the team to review the email before sending.
