So that's overwhelming, the awkward freshmen. The other thing that we were doing, we had too much training in the first 90 days. Overwhelming people. We had to realize a significant amount of the training they were getting in the first 90 days, they didn't need. Some of it they didn't need in the first six months. So why are we cannibalizing the stuff they do need to learn with the stuff that they won't need for six months to a year?
