I wanna give you guys one of my favorite strategies for closing $6,000 automation consulting retainers. And it starts by building a workflow like this one that creates documents from meeting transcripts because we can use an easy project like this in order to integrate ourselves into a business in a way that leads to much higher leverage opportunities. So if you've been thinking about breaking into no-code consulting and you're looking for a new income stream, make sure to save this video. I wanna get right to it. So this workflow starts by finding a Google Meet recording, getting the transcription, the time of the meeting, the participants, and then passing that info into DeepSeek. And then from there, we're going to run an analysis to create a summary, key takeaways, and action items. Then we're going to take all of those outputs and save them into Airtable so we have a nice clean record of all of our meetings. And then we're going to create a report that gets sent out to all of the meeting participants as a PDF. And keep in mind, this whole report and everything here is being customized down to the letter per exactly what our client is going to find most helpful. So with this type of workflow, maybe we're saving a business a handful of hours, which is valuable, don't get me wrong. But what's more meaningful is that building something like this for a business can be used as a Trojan horse to open up a much juicier conversation with practically any business that ultimately leads to us being on a retainer.
