This $850 million AI startup is shutting down. It's called Humane, and they made an AI pin that you wear, founded by two Apple executives and funded partly by Sam Altman and Mark Benioff. It's being purchased by HP for $116 million, even though it raised over $200 million in funding. A pin you wear here, it has sensors, generative AI, and it can project a display onto a surface. But some big YouTubers gave it terrible reviews. The battery life is bad, and it just wasn't super clear what problem it was solving.
