95% of AI automation agencies will fail in 2025. This is a much. So I think this clip from Sabrina is super misleading. She goes on to say that you shouldn't start an AI automation agency, that most of those are going to fail. And instead, what you should do is take a course, learn AI, then go into businesses and teach them how to use AI and then run ads to get your clients. So first and foremost, all businesses are hard, but one of the hardest things to do is to teach people and to teach people something, you have to have a expert level understanding of how everything works. You have to have experience doing these things in order to teach someone. Now, obviously you can just regurgitate something that's in a course, but once people start to have questions, want you to show them things, they want to talk about different use cases. If you've only taken a course, then you're not going to know how to respond to any of those questions. And then beyond that, when you're running these ads, why would anybody trust you? If you have just taken a course, you have no credibility for anyone to trust you. Think about this, you're going to be running an ad and someone's going to see this. And the first thing they're going to ask themselves is, why would I trust this person? What have they ever done? And if all you can say is that you took another course, it's just not going to work. Additionally, I would argue that it's probably easier to learn on the job, actually doing the work for someone. Because a lot of the time, what you're actually selling is time. It's obviously expertise as well, but you're selling time. You're going to have a much easier time teaching people how to do things if you've actually done it yourself. And much respect to Sabrina, I love her content. I follow her as well, but just a difference of opinion on this one.
