Listen, you do not need to hire a consultant anymore to document your business processes. All you need is Otter.ai and ChatGPT and you're going to follow this workflow. Follow this workflow. Okay, so today I needed to go into a business and basically document end-to-end how the entire business operates, understanding their roles, the systems, the processes, everything. But guess what? I only had four hours to do this. So wait, save this video because you're going to copy this workflow to document your business processes using AI. Okay, so here's what you're going to do. Okay, so we're going to start with this prompt. So you're going to save this prompt, screenshot it, whatever you want. And this is the prompt that you're going to add your own details to. So you're going to give it a business overview. You're going to give it key processes to analyze, the current challenges to focus on and some information about systems and people involved so that it can tailor the plan according to that. So once you've given ChatGPT that prompt, it's going to give you a plan. You're going to take that plan and ask ChatGPT to create a schedule for you to carry out this plan within set time span. So for example, I needed it from 9 to 2 p.m. So it gave me an hour by hour breakdown of the things that I'm going to be covering. So now that I have the plan of action, I know what to focus on and I have the questions to ask. So I carry out the interviews. And instead of writing out the answers or typing up the findings, I use Otter.ai to transcribe the entire conversation. But once I've carried out the interview and I've got the transcription, I upload the transcription into ChatGPT and I ask ChatGPT to create a process map, but in table format and basically map out all the key aspects of the process that we discussed. And in the end, this is what it looks like once I've transferred it into Excel.
