This is the secret of social media that most people forget. People don't share content from brands to help the brand. They do it to say something about themselves. They share it to say, I'm the type of person that finds this, has this sort of sense of humor or care about this sort of issue. It helps them tell their story. So if your content helps others tell their story, they'll do the job of telling your story. You've got to be there and give them something that they can relate to, identify with, and help them tell the world who they are. So by being authentic and doing that, we can find ways to get that content out there.
