the guys that are engineers, the guys that are project managers, all struggle with like order and structure. When they come home from work and there are Legos on the floor, right, and there's disorder in people's emotions in the home, right, like our wives get upset, freaks us out. As a guy, I like work. Work is easy for me. Hardest thing for me is to walk in a room and know my son's not doing his homework, or I hear him in conflict, or my wife is upset and I'm like, I'm out, it's disorder. And so our instinct is I need to create that order, and so I'm going to do it this way. I'm gonna make order happen because I can't handle any disorder in my life.
