In a blender, two cups of oats, one pound low-fat cottage cheese, half cup of peanut butter, quarter cup of maple syrup, a teaspoon of cinnamon, and a cup of water. Blend it up until smooth. Throw it into your jars. Chill overnight. Optional, top with chocolate before you shove it in your mouth.
