where you should go to work if you're not gonna start your own company, if you're not gonna work for yourself, where should you go work? You're in that boat where you're like, I know this stuff is important, I know this is gonna change, but I myself am not a technologist, I'm not a software engineer, I'm not a data scientist, I don't have a machine learning PhD, what should I do? Where should I go? They actually answer this question and what they say is go somewhere in your industry where you will be surrounded by people who are adopting AI tools in a smart way versus being at a company where you're surrounded by people who are all just closing their eyes and hoping that this all just goes away. Michael also points out that startups, smaller companies, younger companies tend to adopt newer technologies much faster than large companies where there's a ton of bureaucracy and privacy considerations and if you work at a big company right now you're probably nodding your head being like, yeah, heard. So if you're considering a job shift consider adding that as a criteria, like ask that question in the interview process, what AI tools are you guys adopting in your workflows today?
