Hey, TikTok, it's Keith Lawyer. I'm a lawyer, not your lawyer. This is not legal advice, so talk to your own lawyer for that. We're gonna talk about the BOI, Beneficial Ownership Interest form that was required to be filed by the federal government. For those of you that woke up this morning on January 1st, 2025, which is what it is right now, your procrastination has served you well. Because the form, though originally was required to be filed by December 31st of 2024, there was a whole fiasco with it being on again, off again. There was an injunction, injunction removed, injunction put back in place. Then you had to file by January 13th, 2025, and then you didn't. So the way it stands right now is that the injunction against filing has been put back into place, and we currently do not have a requirement to file, and there is currently no deadline to file pending the resolution of the appeal that has been filed out of the federal court in Texas that said that the act requiring the form is unconstitutional. So we are waiting to see whether anybody is going to have to file at this point. Filing right now is voluntary. You can file if you want to. From seeing the comments and the other videos that I've made on this, there are a lot of people that don't want to file it, and a lot of other people that say, I don't care if they do require it, I'm not gonna file it. So, but anyway, the way it stands right now, January 20, what am I talking about, January 1st, 2025, you do not have to file. You can file if you want to, but there is no requirement to file, but you need to keep your ear out for a resolution of that appeal. Who knows what they'll do. Personally, I think they're gonna find it to be unconstitutional, but, you know, until what's gonna happen happens, we're all just guessing. So, anyhow, that's where we are right now. Thanks for watching. This is Keith Lawyer.
