Here's how to do mapping for clients as an AI automation agency. We use Miro.com for this. This helps us get a bird eye view of what's going on in someone's company. So we ask our client, how do you do onboarding? And then we simply start drawing. So we've mapped out many different processes. And I'm just going to show you a very simple one we did for a lawyer. So the first box is green because that's the very start of a process. Notice the software used for each step. It's really important if you want to know if you can really automate something. The black boxes here are where the decisions are made. If you need to take notes, simply use a sticky note.
