Neurodivergent people actually think differently. One of the hallmarks is if somebody says, show me your work, they can't, because they know. Like, I already know the answer to the question, so I don't need to show you my work. That can be a problem sometimes. Well, you have to have it all written down. Well, not necessarily. That's one big one. Another big one with my people is they can get eight hours of work done in about two hours. It's real easy to get taken advantage of. I teach them pacing. If it takes eight hours, take eight hours to deliver it. Be careful that you don't set yourself up to be like the default order of the company. Now you're working equal to three people because you're neurodivergent and fast.
