I think we're going to see an acceleration of top performers and companies leaving to do their own thing on the internet. And I think companies are going to have to put together some pretty creative packages to get top performers to stay. I think that there's two things. One, there's going to be more competition because the barriers to entry are now even lower, but two, five person businesses will look more like two people businesses and two people will look more like one people or person.
