I shoot 252 episodes of television a year. It's 4% of my time. Wow. Right, well how do I know that so specifically because I track it and then it goes into these dashboards and then I see where I'm spending all my time. What dashboards is this? Is this like a Google, what calendar? No, I wrote a script. I had an engineer write a script for me. What? So this is what my days look like, right? A lot of this is planned, but then I adapt throughout the day. I just tag it all. So you can just track exactly what you're doing and where you're spending it. Yeah, so then it pumps into these dashboards where it shows all the time and then every single day I track my sleep score, my readiness score. Did I get up before five? Did I brain train, meditate, workout, take supplements? Did I have a clean diet? Did I drink? I ask myself every day how I feel about my life, work, and health, zero to 10.
