The medical spa industry needs the most help right now. There is nothing that is differentiating clinic to clinic and medical spa owners are really struggling. Coming out of COVID, the demand for injectables and services that you don't need is down and they don't understand why they can't stand out. And it's because your brand sucks. When you have four locations at every corner that offer the same service, it's impossible to differentiate yourself as a brand or business. Now what's interesting about medical spa marketing in North America is that what drives the customer to buy is a personal brand. This is not what they do in Korea. In Korea, it's actually all about price point. You go in, it's very impersonalized. No person within the business structure has a brand but there's no loyalty to the clinic. Your patients love you. The ones that are loyal to you are worth a lot of money because they really love you. You need to recreate that relationship at a larger scale. So a better way to focus on your business is doing the organic social media marketing, educating on the reality that pharma can be great for getting certain treatments six months out from your wedding. It's enhancing the experience so that a bride can say, okay, this spot down the street is offering a bridal package so that I can look beautiful on my day. The only way to win is by investing in your brand.
