I've had the opportunity to be in leadership roles at great companies, great organizations. And the thing I would suggest to folks first and foremost is take the time to listen. And then once you have given yourself the opportunity to listen to the issues at hand, people's opinions, the facts, you have to be decisive. You have to be willing to make a decision. Now, once you make a decision, it doesn't mean you can't change your mind as you get new information. And I think some of the mistakes I see people make is sometimes they don't take the time to listen. And then when they do make a decision, they get over committed on the decision and don't pay attention to the feedback that they're getting on that decision. Just because you change your mind doesn't mean you can't have conviction. But I do think it's important to listen, be decisive, and then be aware of what actually is the consequences of that decision. And if you have to adjust, adjust.
