We need 80,000 electricians every single year up to 2030, and that's just replaced electricians that are coming in. We need 550,000 plumbers by 2030. You imagine waiting four weeks for a plumber or an electrician. Look, you're gonna pay upwards of $200 to $300 an hour. It's already going in that direction. That's really good for the trades. That's not good for the homeowner. But we still need to figure out the trade shortage. We still need to get the next generation into the trades, and that's an effort by all of us trying to make sure that we educate kids about the career exploration into the trades, especially through school, and at least debunk all the old adages about the trades. And it just takes all of us to make that happen.
