When we make a core investment in a business, we set up what we call an onboarding. It's an opportunity to get our operating kind of executives, our backbench team, up at the table with the founders to do a full three, four hour session where we're going through a core set of strategic discussions about where the business is, what they're trying to do, et cetera, et cetera. From that, we identify the areas in which we can be helpful and we let them know, hey, these are the things we think you need to be thinking about. These are areas we can be helpful. Here are the people that we have that can help you with that. We set up a Slack channel with them. There's always the lead investor that really owns the relationship or sometimes have a board seat. But we have a multitude of different connection points across our team that all have kind of an opening to participate and get involved in a very planned way with these companies to be as impactful as possible.
