My winner of the week is the Phoenix Suns. Matt Ishbia, the owner, has announced new concession prices in the arena. $2 hot dogs, $2 waters, $2 sodas, $2 chips, $2 popcorn. A family of four used to spend $98 on hot dogs, water, and popcorn, but will now pay $24 instead. I think this is fantastic. Obviously Matt Ishbia is worth billions and billions of dollars and paid billions and billions for the franchise, but wants to create a great customer experience and great for the city of Phoenix and their fans.
