They say time flies as you get older because every year that passes is a smaller and smaller fraction of your entire existence so if you're like a ten-year-old one year seems like an eternity because It's 10% of your life But if you're 50 one year is just a little blip a little 2% portion of your life I can see the validity in that for me I just feel like your brain just Stops taking in new information because it's full and I think you have like a finite amount of space to create new memories But in any case I'm kind of seeing this phenomenon play out in my life where I'm like in clinic And I'm pulling up a chart for this patient. I'm about to see and I'm Wondering why they're back so soon because I just saw them and I'm wondering if there's like an emergency or something So anyway, I walk into their room and I look at the last time I saw them and it was like from 2022
