Every, every person I hire, every person I interview, I ask them, what do you like the most about our seniors? And almost without doubt, we always hear the same thing, their stories. I love to listen to them. I love to listen to them. Well, stop and listen, stop and listen, because you guys are literally walking history books. You are. We're walking history books and we're unfortunately losing volumes every single day and nobody can write the book the way that you can. Nobody can see it from your eyes the way you see it. And if we don't stop and appreciate it, all we're going to have is printed words on a piece of paper or a screen that we scroll past. We're not going to hear the stories of what it was like in World War II because that generation is leaving us. They're leaving us and they're going to be gone and what are we going to do when we can't go, hey grandma, tell me what it was like at Pearl Harbor, because grandma's not with us anymore. And then we don't remember because we forgot to take the time to absorb it. And we do, we do, because we're too busy. Our society is too busy.
