You know, there's an old saying, if you want to get something done, give it to the busiest person you know. I can't quantify this in a spreadsheet. I can't put it on Excel for you to make sense of it. There's just an art to people that know how to get shit done. Anytime you touch something, you have to do something with it. And the problem that most people do is they'll get going on something in the day, and then they get distracted, their phone rings, they get... somebody calls them, something happens, an email goes off, and they just kind of switch back and forth into what they're doing, and they waste all this time and energy. Number one, if you can do it in two minutes or less, you do it right then in processing time. Second thing is you can delegate it. So you immediately just forward it to somebody that can get it done for you, an assistant or whoever it might be. Or the third thing is you have to schedule it. So if you can't take care of it in five minutes or less, a couple minutes, you have to schedule when you're going to do it. And then the other key to the whole thing, and this is really the secret, and everybody knows this, if anybody that's successful is, I just really had the best people in place to help me. Like, you have to know that when you give something to somebody, it's done. I don't have to follow up again. I don't have to worry about it.
