Are founder CEO's better? 🤔 Delian Asparouhov o...
In order to deliver generational returns, there's no way for that to happen other than the founder still being at the helm. The moment that you install a professional CEO, that person doesn't have the same level of moral authority or capability to sort of take risks that are required to take in order to generate those types of true end-to-end outcomes. And, you know, yet, Zuck releases whatever llama three or four, releases it completely free and open source, and it is beating all the benchmarks of anything that open AI and Microsoft have ever done, and it's because he's willing to take risks and invest into a level of H100s that, you know, Satya was not willing to do because Satya had to serve the public markets versus Zuckerberg still has penultimate control over everything that Facebook does.
