I think this is part of the problem in our profession is that we have lazy recruiting, it's very clubby, and what you get is you get a profession where people don't want to join in. And you know what? I would have done great there. And I couldn't stand the clubbiness of it. I did not like it at all. And I know maybe it's just because I'm not a country club kind of person. But I feel like that's a big challenge. And I think we should actually as a profession, this would be great for the societies and for the ACPA to push for is let's not require specific big four experience in order to hire for these roles. Let's get people to stop putting this on job descriptions as a requirement. And that would broaden the profession. It would open it up to more people.
