Credit is due to the Chinese families moving to rural America to take over the town one buffet. I'll let you in with a secret. 99% of Chinese buffet that open in rural America are opened by fellow from my province called Fujian province and specifically from a region in east of Fujian near Fuzhou, Changle. And why? Okay. Historically, this group of people has figured out a way to really efficiently to run Chinese buffet and they work incredibly hard. I'm not from that region. I only have admiration for them. I couldn't do what they do. Okay. So usually it's family owned. If it's too solid building, the family will live upstairs. Lumen Bo provided for worker upstairs, incredibly crowded, but they work incredibly hard to drive the cost down so that you can have $12.99 or you can eat buffet. But all of them, after five years, no matter whether they are busboy or a waiter, about five years, they will save enough money that they will have seed money to open a restaurant of their own. And the whole village people that also in America will help them, will give them loan. Very low interest at all, all very low interest. You don't need credit. You just need to be from there and work very hard. They help each other. So they have a very reliable way to become a boss of their own. So open another restaurant, hire newcomers, and this cycle, healthy cycle go on and on. And I only have admiration. If people are saying American dream is dying, it's alive in Chinese buffet, within this group of Fuzhounese. By the way, things were from Fujian and Fu in Chinese means felicity, happiness. So one of the best words. So a lot of time Chinese buffet will use that word Fu, F-U. So if you see something like Fu King, F-U-K-I-N-G, it means good.
