You know that it's absolutely okay to have a shitty day, right? It's okay to have a shitty day. It's okay to feel like shit. There seems to be this idea that somehow, someway, feeling like crap is this bad thing. It's not. We all feel like crap sometimes. Stop demonizing yourself. If you feel like shit, just sit in the shit. Stop trying to run your way out of it, sedate your way out of it, meditate your way out of it. I mean, do some of these things, don't get me wrong. If you feel like shit for a long period of time, you probably need some help. But the reality is, everybody feels like shit every now and again. Stop demonizing yourself for it. Accept it. It's part of the growth. It's part of the process. It's part of this thing called being a human being. Stop being so damn hard on yourself. It's okay to feel like shit every now and again. Just don't stay there.
