The nutsedge is here, and I know you want to pull it, but do not. Nutsedge has these tiny little nodules at the base of the plant, so when you pull the leaf out, the nodules stay in the ground and eventually germinate, so you're creating more and more nutsedge. So how do you take care of it? With a selective herbicide. The one that I'm going to introduce to you is the one that I have used the most, and I really like it. Sedgehammer. Now it comes in a water-dispersible granular that you would just mix in a tank. Same thing here. It comes in these packs. I really love the packs because they're super convenient. You just take one pack, mix it into one gallon of water, and it will cover 1,000 square feet. No surfactant needed. I only see a couple right now, so I'm going to use this non-selective precision herbicide to take care of them.
