One of our introductory boxes that people like to start with here at the Parker County Beef Company is going to be our cowpoke special. This is a good place to start if you want a little bit of variety and you want to try a couple different cuts that we have here. So you're going to start with one of our six to eight ounce tenderloin fillets. It's the most tender steak that you can get here at the Beef Company. You're going to get one of our New York strips. They're an inch and a quarter thick. They average about 16 ounces. You're going to get one of our bone-in ribeyes. One inch thick. They average 20 to 22 ounces. Then you're going to get one of our chuck roasts. They're about two and a half pounds. They're our most flavorful, most well-marbled roast here at the Parker County Beef Company. Then we're going to round it out with five pounds of our ground beef. It's one pound vacuum sealed packages. We grind all of our briskets into the ground beef.
