Parenting tip headquarters 🤪

Here's unpopular things that are totally fine at our house. We silently watch our kids do sketchy shit, and then they know what they're capable of, and we know what they're capable of, and when we actually have to be concerned. If my husband decides he wants to grove a tire in the living room, that's totally fine. It's just a house. He'll clean it up. Half his. Probably gonna get some hate for this one. Sleep trained both of our kids. Took one night. Phenomenal sleepers. We let our friends be their most authentic selves. If our construction buddy JD wants to drop the F-bomb in front of my four-year-old, so be it. She's gonna learn the perfect context to use it in. But we also teach her there's a time and place.
