Hey friends today my therapist had me visualize and it’s kinda helped my content and business tbh. We created an “anchor” to remind me of my strengths and tap into confidence. All i did was remember when i felt how i wanted to be more often (if that makes sense???) for me this meant remembering why i loved making content and remember how i felt when i was doing it before. How do you remember your worth???? #thatentrepreneurialgirl #entrepreneurship #entrepreneur #womeninbusiness #founder #creatorsearchinsights

Good morning, friends, from your favorite post-therapy crier and founder. I just wanted to talk about a conversation that I feel like all entrepreneurs could relate to about remembering our worth. So my therapist put me through an exercise today where I had to create an anchor around the version of myself that I wanted to tap back into. In case you don't know me, I have a verified TikTok account under my government name that has over 100,000 followers. And at one point, I had ads. Don't post on it anymore because I was cyberbullied and assaulted. So I had to get out of there. So when I told my therapist that I wanted to start creating content again and create a company and a brand out of it, I was like, girl, I don't feel like I'm becoming the person or I'm showing up as the person that I want to be. Even though I see this ideal version of myself and I know that she exists, I just don't know how to get to her. She told me to think back to when I felt the closest to that. And for me, that was when I first started making content when I was 13 years old because I had no idea what I was doing and I had zero expectations. I created this person that I can go to and remember. I can do hard things. I've done this before. Have it within me to be successful because I've been successful before. And maybe for you, it's not a verified TikTok account, but think of all of the things that you've done for projects in school or work or in your career. Like, there's so many things that we don't give ourselves credit for. And when it comes to taking on a new thing or especially with entrepreneurs, when you are bringing an idea to life that does not exist, you need to show people like why this exists. And understandably so, it can be hard to continue following that path when we might be the only people who see that vision. I know that we all have anchors within ourselves. We just have to remember when and who and what part of ourself that is. This has been really pivotal in how I show up online and create content because I just remember that I'm doing it for a larger reason. I'm doing it for why I started content in the first place, not doing it because it's in response to why I was pushed off. I would like to think that at some point in our lives, we've all proven to ourselves that we have taken something from our heads and put it into action. It just takes into tapping into how we felt at that moment and putting that feeling towards the action right now. Personally, that was a lot for me to take in, which is why I was crying. So I wanted to open up this conversation to not only normalize it, but also so we can create a space for each other to know that we can be each other's anchors and hopefully see each other as that entrepreneurial girl and we create more entrepreneurial girls. That's my vision. That's why we have this account. If you want to be an entrepreneur or you are an entrepreneur or what the heck, you just love talking about entrepreneurship, then make sure to keep following for more because that's what we do here.
