And so they believe this story of, I can't do it, when in fact, doing challenging things like holding downward facing dog for five breaths, or kicking up into handstand, isn't accessible for anyone in the beginning. It can take months, sometimes years, of repeatedly failing and being humbled by the process before it starts to click. So if you've been hard on yourself, consider a longer timeline and you might just find that you can do things that you never thought you could.
