If you're watching this on December 8th, I know this message was meant to find you. I feel like you need someone to tell you that they're proud of you. That you're doing a good job even though you don't think you are. I see you barely holding on this holiday season. I see you getting out of bed every day, pushing forward, and I know that's not easy. And I know that we don't all have friends or parents to tell us that we're doing a good job. So even though I'm a stranger on the internet, I just want you to know that someone believes in you. And that nothing you're doing is going unnoticed. To some people, getting out of bed seems like nothing. But to us, people that struggle with their mental health, people that are going through hell right now in life, pulling yourself out of bed is an accomplishment. And I mean that. I'm proud of you for doing your best, and I'm proud of you for still being here. I don't know what this holiday season is going to look like for you. And I don't know what exactly you're going through. But I do know that you're here for a reason. And that there's a whole lot of love to go around in this world, and that includes some for you. I love you.
