Leadership is as simple as maybe asking two questions every week to your direct reports. How are you doing? Yeah. I know your mom has been going through a tough situation. How is she doing? Listen, if you need to take an extra day, just let me know. That's good leadership. I'll get John to cover. Yeah. The second question is, hey, how can I help you win? Do you need any resources? If somebody came to me and said, teach me how to be a great leader in 30 seconds, that would be my 30-second leadership lesson. Ask those questions, but you've got to act on them.
