I was fat as fuck. I'm so certain that I'm gonna lose this weight. I wish someone told me that. It's almost impossible to overeat on real foods. A 1,200 calorie meal at McDonald's is a Big Mac, a medium fry, and a medium drink. I can eat that in about five minutes. A 1,200 calorie meal of real food is an entire pound of ground beef with a whole cup of rice sauteed with an entire onion and butter with an apple and a cup of blueberries on the side. The difference between those two meals is that it's almost impossible to eat that much real food in one sitting. So if you wanna lose weight without counting calories, just eat more real foods and you're naturally going to consume less calories.
