You can't run, you can't hide, you have to sit there with it, all of it, and it can be uncomfortable. A lot of people don't want to sit with their own thoughts, or sit with their selves, but I loved it. I loved to sit by myself, and sit with me, and figure me out. That was the greatest part, being alone with your thoughts, and you're going to feel all the emotions while you're in there, and it comes, and it goes, and it comes back, and it goes, but you have to learn how to deal with it, learn how to deal with you. A lot of people were saying, I don't know how I would do it, be alone with myself, I can't be alone with myself, yes you can. That's where you truly find you.
