Is there a FF 2x button for real life? Please??

i don't know if it's because i've lived in new england my entire life or if this is just how my brain works but i absolutely have no patience for when people talk slow and i'm so sorry i'm so sorry but can we speed it up do you think if i lean in quicker do you ever feel like if you lean in closer to a conversation the words will get to your ears faster i know i need to have more patience and i'm never rude but the inside of my brain is like fucking firework truck exploding when people talk slow get to the point my god
