Mobility is not what was promised to us. So the people running the show are deluded. They think that they've created this great system, but the reality on the ground is it's not that great. It's not that easy, and it's a pain in the butt. And the reason they think this is because they created it, and they don't talk to the people who are actually on the ground doing the work.
