I'm a food blogger and here's a list of some of my favorite breakfast foods in Portland, Maine. Starting off strong with my favorite breakfast sandwich, I'm obsessed with the salmon sammy and the kelp slaw that comes with the sandwich. If you're looking for a high quality baked good, I definitely recommend the cardamom bun from Standard Baking Co. It is perfection. Another one, because I'm obsessed with blueberry, the blueberry and butter biscuit from Gross Bakery is to die for. And if you're feeling more savory, the brunch burger from Sundial Provisions is so amazing. Just take a look at that egg. Next, if you're going to get donuts, you have to try 88. These will absolutely melt in your mouth and are perfect for the cold weather. Last but not least, you got to try out the churro french toast from Bird and Co. It is served with big sky bread and is so delicious.
