This comment got like 50,000 likes, so I've been working on them all morning, and I'm gonna give them out for free. I spent all year last year going into grocery stores and showing us that almost every product is just owned by megacorporations, and there's only a few choices for family and founder-owned businesses that don't just send money up to the same rich motherfuckers. I started making spreadsheets of all the different products that are getting sold in our grocery stores so we can learn who owns everything and hopefully make smarter purchasing decisions. And as I was starting, putting together the master list of all the family and founder-owned brands, I realized that a lot of the videos I made last year never actually made it onto the spreadsheets because it's kind of tedious. So today I went back and played some ketchup, did the juice aisle, the drink aisle, the dressings and sauces aisle was extensive. We got hot sauce, we got salad dressing, we got barbecue stuff, we got all of it. Energy drinks and caffeine got thrown sheet, and so did ice cream. All these ones I just mentioned are all in the food brands ownership spreadsheet that's on my website, and there's just different tabs for all the different kinds of food, so I just added a bunch of new tabs to the sheet. But what's new is the founder and family-owned brands master sheet. I organized it into sections and each section has all the family and founder-owned brands we've found so far in that section. I think they're all in order alphabetically and I've got all the food stuff on top and I've got all the personal care stuff down on the bottom, alphabetical and each of that. So hopefully it makes sense. You should be able to do Command F and find whatever section or company you're hoping to find in there. This is all available for free. You just do this thing, you go click on that. That'll take you to the resources tab on my website and right here, you got it all. This is the new one, founder and family-owned brands master sheet. I know times are tight, I know the economy sucks ass, but if you can just keep your eyes open for family and founder-owned brands that you can switch to, sometimes at no extra cost, you can change the world. Mega corporations are killing us and it's up to us to make a difference. Like it or not, capitalism is what we, the consumers, allow it to be. Hopefully this helps.
